Do you have chains in your life?  Try repeating the name of Jesus over each one.  Let him break the ‘chain’ that has you bound with worry and concern. There is power in His name – wonder working power.  I know in my life there were times when the heaviness of problems were overwhelming me and I could only utter the word Jesus. It was all I could do but it was enough.
